Return and Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases from Rocky Reserve. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used, except in the case of damaged or defective products.
How to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team via our Contact Page or email us at support@rockyreserve.com. Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once your request is processed, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Ship the Product: After receiving the RA number, securely package the product and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If eligible, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or store credit). Please note that:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, flavor, or item, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the exchange item at no additional charge, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed or shipped.

International Orders
